We offer FREE standard UK Delivery when you spend over £55 on the Silver Secrets Website.

Standard UK Delivery - £2.95

We use Royal Mail First Class Service with a signature on delivery. Our packages are letterbox friendly should your postman need to sign for your package.

For more information about postal services please see www.royalmail.co.uk. You can use Royal Mail's track and trace service to track your parcel. Delivery times are an estimate only and commence from the dispatch date.

Next Working Day Delivery - £6.95

Orders need to be placed before 1 pm to ensure delivery for the next day.

Orders placed during the week Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day. These orders need to be placed before 1 pm

Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Weekend orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Please note that next day delivery is only available to UK mainland addresses and excludes Scottish Highlands. Below is a list of postcodes that are excluded. Please note we update this list in accordance with the Royal Mail.

We accept orders for delivery to most parts of the world. Posting and Packing charges are adjusted automatically when entering details of the delivery country at the checkout.

EUROPE: £15

WORLDWIDE: £20

Overseas orders will be sent via Royal Mail International and tracked. Please note the recipient may then have to pay customs or VAT charges in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country the order is sent to and charged at the time of delivery.

To receive a refund please return your purchase together with your order summary with 30 days of delivery.   

To register a return please e mail team@silversecrets.co.uk with your purchase details.

 

We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 30 days of delivery.  On occasions (at Silver Secrets discretion) we may issue a credit note for items returned after the 28 day period.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Non-Returnable Items

Products can only be exchanged or refunded if they are returned unworn, undamaged and in new condition.  All earrings are sent in a clear plastic bags and sealed with a tamper proof label -  so you can view the product.  We will not refund or exchange any earrings if we believe the sealed packaging has been opened.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
